I wanted to take a few moments to sincerely thank David Schechet for helping our family during a very tough time. When I found out on a Sunday morning that my Aunt’s health was rapidly deteriorating and that she didn’t have any of her affairs in order, both her and I were in a panic. I started researching the web for an estate attorney and placed at least a dozen calls hoping to get a call back on Monday. Much to my surprise, David called me back in less than an hour and his call was the only one that came on Sunday!

In just a few more days, we had a fully executed living trust and will in place and most importantly my Aunt was able to stop worrying and focus on her health.

This was my first time going through this process and I would definitely NOT recommend waiting until the last minute like we did to get it done. I will now encourage all of my family and friends to get their affairs in order sooner rather than later and I will strongly recommend David Schechet as the best person to guide them through it! He is an excellent communicator and never lets you feel stranded.
